Competition
Sign up for the Gym Class Magazine email newsletter (see… over there, on the left) before Friday 14 August 2009 and you’ll go into the draw to win a pack of Stefi Orazi’s very cool badges inspired by Le Corbusier’s Purist palette. There are three badges per pack, and 10 packs in total to be won. Winners will be drawn at random; not all packs contain the colour combo pictured above.
Le Corbusier was a Swiss/French architect and one of the founders of modernist architecture. Stefi is a London-based graphic designer… check out the Q&A with her in GCM #03. We’re fans.
For more information about the email newsletter, check out the About page. It’s all good!
GCM #03
We’re busy putting the finishing touches on Gym Class Magazine #03. Above is a preview of our next cover. We love it! Hopefully you do too. It’s an original illustration of French model Patrick Petitjean created especially for Gym Class Magazine by guest art director John Paul Thurlow. The issue also includes an article by Daniel Gray and Q&A’s with John Paul Thurlow, Michael Bojkowski (who’s also created a lovely space-themed infographic for us), Stefi Orazi, Chris Dent, Fever Zine’s Alex Zamora and Zineswap.
GCM #03 will be available very soon. In the meantime, check out some sample layouts in our new online shop. Better yet, why not pre-order yourself a copy? Nice one.
GCM 2.0
Ay up chuck, Gym Class Magazine has gone and got itself a blog. Coolio.
Bookmark us, Digg us, re-tweet us… hell, Google Reader our ass. Just don’t Drop(ular) us. That was a web joke. Okay, it wasn’t very funny. We’ll try harder. Promise.
In the meantime, check out our About page, subscribe to the Gym Class Magazine newsletter (see, over there, on the left) and stop by the all-new Gym Class Magazine shop (yeah, yeah… also over there on the left). Defy the credit crunch, peeps!
Special thanks to designer Alasdair Monk for getting us online. He is a LEGEND 2.0. Nice.
